General Harassment Policy

We do not tolerate any form of harassment.
Included in this definition (but not limited to), is:
•offensive signatures/avatars directed at Members
•Words/signs
•Offensive jokes/cartoons
•Pictures
•Forum threads/posts/blogs
•E-mails, visitor messages, PM's or in-game statements,
•Pranks
•Intimidation or physical contact/violence/assaults

Basically if you think a post may be seen as offensive, give it a NSFW tag in the title


Sexual Harassment Policy
We do not tolerate sexual harassment.
This may include, but is not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other unwelcome verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature where such conduct creates an offensive, hostile, and intimidating working environment and prevents an individual from effectively performing the duties of their position.
•Any Member reported to sexually harass any other Member will be terminated immediately if proof is shown of intentional harassment.
•When no proof is available an investigation will occur and appropriate leaders will rule a decision on the situation.
Advertising, Sponsorship and Gifts

Communication

Advertising or solicitation in any form for any cause in public forums areas is only permitted with permission from the RADIATION NATION Executive Team.

Any information discussed in an Open Communication meeting is considered confidential to the involved Leaders only, to the extent possible while still allowing Leaders to respond to the problem. Retaliation against any Member for appropriate usage of Open Communication channels is unacceptable and grounds for Disciplinary Action and/or Termination.

Member Meetings Executive Team and Management Meetings are held monthly, where the Executive Team and Platform Generals come together to discuss clan progress and policy development and/or changes.
•Platform Leaders Meetings are hosted by the appropriate Platform General and all Division Leaders they oversee, to discuss Division progress and discuss any new policy or Member situations.
•Division Meetings are set and held at the discretion of the individual Division Leader(s), but a monthly meeting is mandatory.
